Jessica Birthday

For my birthday we took a day trip up to the Trail of 100 Giants. These are redwood trees that are about 2 hours away from our house. It was so much fun and we got the change to cool off in the moutons.

Family with the tree. I love that you can see Sven peeking around peters back

Peter is a tree huger and Sven liked touching the tree.

It Just goes up and up and up

We were walking on the trail and we saw this sign.  then next wee saw that 2 big trees had fallen down on the trail. Crazy that these trees would fall down. I am guessing it made the earth move when they fell

This is Peter at the roots of one of the big trees that fell down

Sven wanted to help me eat my cake he also loved the birthday some.

More to Come...
