Labor Day and More

For Labor Day, we went to Southern Utah to go camping with Jessica's family.  We stayed in cabins near the Big Rock Candy Mountain.  When we went out for a walk, Peter was able to capture this photo.  We both thought that is was really cool.

While there we were able to catch up with all the family there, go four wheeling for a bit (no we did not take Sven with us, he was napping) and just relaxed.  Sven enjoyed being outside without it being super hot, and just crawling around on the grass.  He also watched all the ATV's driving by and thought that they were fun.

Jessica's grandma brought different colored sand and bottles to make these fun sand pieces.

He really wanted to drive, but he just had to pretend while it remained off.

We had lots of fun being out and about on the weekend.

Sven is growing so well.  He hits 9 months today.  He has started to crawl everywhere.  With that he has learned that there is so many fun things he can reach.  To curb this we had to get a gate for the kitchen.

We did buy a pool.  We had seen it on clearance at WalMart all month, and waited until it dropped low enough.  Now Jessica and Sven can cool off during the day, and just have lots of fun.

UPDATE

Sorry for taking so long to update our blog a lot has happened and so we need to update all of you...

I love being a mother it is a lot of work but I am happy to have a great baby and an awesome husband to help me. Just to give an over view of what has happened sense Sven was 3 months old post. Peter has Finish school in washington state. We moved to California. He have visited lots of places. We went to alaska to see family and friends. Now that we our home I can finally sit down when Sven is napping to update everyone.  

Ok here we go...

SVEN Is 6 Month Old

I can not believe it that he is that old it feels like yesterday he was born and we where scared and excited to take him home. He is suck a good baby and he has some teeth now too.

Jessica Birthday

For my birthday we took a day trip up to the Trail of 100 Giants. These are redwood trees that are about 2 hours away from our house. It was so much fun and we got the change to cool off in the moutons.

We were walking on the trail and we saw this sign.  then next wee saw that 2 big trees had fallen down on the trail. Crazy that these trees would fall down. I am guessing it made the earth move when they fell

Update

Sven Turns 3 Months Old

Sven has learned to hold up his head. we are still working on his sides. 

He loves to laugh and play. 

Our Daily life with Sven

Sven love his Marty Bear he fall asleep with it, takes it on our walks, and suck on it all the time.

  

Sven had his first play date with Zelner. he has to get use to sharing his toys. he love his toys and even dad nerf gun at school. he was a little too young for the the car at walmart maybe in 2 years. 

I have been doing the Green Smoothie Challenge they are not so bad

6 month clothes he is so cute but so big. he is now about 17 lbs at 4 months

Peter left for Seattle for a day and night leaving jess with a sad baby that just got his 4 mouths shots so baby Sven peed and through up on mom. so he did not have any clothes on all day. (plus he had a fever and it kept it down) oh and he loves playing with spoons when he sees mom eating.
